This shoe is made of much thinner material than it appears to be in the photograph. This means that the covering folds and twists a lot in quarterly walking, important to an accelerated wear-down process. After only some mild use, these shoes already look very old and beaten up.
That said, the shoes do not appear to be breaking down yet, suggesting that they are well put-together. The stitches are reinforced and protected.
These are not padded, and so they are not the best choice in cold weather. Additionally, the leather will saturate after a while in the rain, so these may not be ideal for commuters in cities or others who walk outdoors regularly.
The rubber sole, while durable, is rather thin. I would very much recommend an insole if these are to be worn regularly. These make a good mid-range dress up shoe, but I would not wear them with a suit due to the wear and the low fabric luster.
